- Celestyal Plus and Celestyal Premium should be purchased within 48 hours of the trip booking.
- Whilst there is no age limit for cover concerning accidents; the coverage for incidents concerning sudden illness is limited to persons under 75 years old and coverage for cancelation is limited to persons under 70 years old. - Upon completion of the purchase you will receive a confirmation email with the Travel Insurance Certificate, including the contract and conditions of the program.
Is Allianz Global Assistance offered through Celestyal Cruises?
Allianz Global Assistance is a service provider acting as an independent contractor and do not at any time act as agents or representatives of Celestyal Cruises. Celestyal Cruises is not responsible in any way for the conduct, products or services provided by Allianz Global Assistance(including without limitation its employees and/or sub-contractors) nor for loss related thereto. Celestyal does not own or control Allianz Global Assistance, makes no representations of any kind as to its performance and does not take to supervise its activities. Anyone using such services shall be entering into a contract with Allianz Global Assistance subject to the terms and conditions of Allianz Global Assistance.
What if I need to change my booking after I have purchased Travel Insurance?
Changes to the booking will not be reflected automatically to the travel insurance once the purchase has been completed. If there are any changes (cruise dates, stateroom, guest names, etc.) after the travel insurance purchase has been completed, you need to contact Allianz Global Assistance directly at [email protected] or call 24 hour Claims Administration Centre at +30 210 99 26 926. Alternatively, you may contact our reservation department and a reservation officer will guide you accordingly
