Terms and Conditions:

AVAILABILITY SHALL BE ALWAYS CONFIRMED BY INVENTORY CONTROL AND GROUP DESK

Please note that group requests are not confirmed until Celestyal Group Desk confirms in writing to the Trade Partner.

All Group prices are per-person, based on a double occupancy of the stateroom and are quoted in USA Dollars ($). Inclusive fares include accommodation on board in the booked category, on-board dining and complimentary select drinks and beverages during food service hours, all port and service charges and entertainment program on board. Moreover an $80 discount for pre-booked shore excursions is included.

Booking window is December 1st, 2022 to February 28th, 2023 for the selected cruises. Suite rates are indicative and shall be advised and confirmed at the time of booking.

Promotional Group Eligibility:
•• For promotional groups that are a minimum of 5 staterooms and a maximum of 25
•• Agencies with no previous history with Celestyal Cruises can block up to 4 such promotional groups per season
•• Agencies with established promotional groups in previous years can block up to 8 per season
•• Limited to one promotional group per agent per sailing

Celestyal assumes that Trade Partner has requested group allocation for the purpose of promotion and sale in a timely manner. In return for commitment of allocation from Celestyal,

Trade Partner agrees to actively promote and publicize the group program through promotional efforts (approved by Celestyal).

Initial Deposit (Space to be confirmed only upon deposit payment): $100 deposit per stateroom for stateroom categories IA-XD and full deposit ($300) for SJ and SBJ, within 30 days after group confirmation, or 180 days prior to departure, whatever comes first. For stateroom categories S, SB, SG names and full deposit ($300) are required at time of booking. Space/staterooms for which no deposit (and names for S, SB, SG) has been received by the specified date will be released.

Second deposit: $200 deposit per stateroom of categories IA-XD blocked is due 120 days prior to departure the latest.

Last day to cancel full group/release space with full refund of deposit: 120 days prior to departure/Release date: 90 days prior to departure/Final Name List: Up to 90 days prior to departure/Full Payment: Up to 60 days prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy:

For cancellation of >25% of space (Up to 25% of the capacity can be cancelled without penalty)
•• Last day to cancel with full refund of deposit………….120 days prior to departure
•• Loss of deposit ($300 per cancelled stateroom – not for the first 25% of the cancelled capacity)………….119-90 days prior to departure

Any group that falls below 5 staterooms at after 120 days prior to departure no longer retains group status.

Celestyal reserves the right to recall unsold group allocations at any time. “Unsold allocation” is defined as group allocated staterooms that have not been sold to specific guests and deposited according to this group policy.

As far as named guests are concerned the following cancellation policy apply:
•• Penalty 35% on the total cruise fare………….89-30 days prior to departure
•• Penalty 100% on the total cruise fare………….<29 days prior to departure

Complimentary Cruise-Only Tour Conductor

This Group Policy allows a complimentary (excluding Port and Service Charges) Tour Conductor ticket for every 10 full fare paying guests. The 11th guest will be the complimentary Tour Conductor berth. The Tour Conductor’s berth will be in the category in which the majority of the group space has been sold, assigned to double base, subject to availability. Third and fourth guests do not count towards the Tour Conductor. Moreover, in calculating the free tickets, children (between two and 12 years of age) and infants (between three months and not more than two years of age) in a stateroom shall not be counted as paying guests. Maximum free allowance per group will be 4 irrelevantly of the group’s size. Should the number of full fare paying adult guests in the group fall below the minimum group size requirement, the complimentary tour conductor allowance will be withdrawn.

Reduced rate space is capacity controlled and may be withdrawn at any time with, or without notice. Celestyal Cruises reserves the right to add, change or modify reduced rate conditions at any time, without notification. Port and service charges and any other surcharges are not commissionable even if indicated as included in the cruise rate. Other group policy related terms and conditions apply as these are specified on the group quote/offer. Celestyal reserves the right to correct any incorrect information due to a human error, typographical error or technical error. Other restrictions may apply.
