Head into the mountains of inland Andalusia for a full day of striking views, historic sights, and local olive oil craft.

Our first stop is the mountaintop town of Ronda, perched above the dramatic El Tajo gorge. We’ll walk through whitewashed streets to view the historic 18th-century Plaza de Toros bullring and stand on the iconic Puente Nuevo bridge, looking down nearly 100 meters to the canyon floor below.

Next, we visit LA Organic, an award-winning estate producing organic extra virgin olive oil. We'll tour the estate's museum, learn about sustainable olive cultivation, and enjoy a curated tasting of olive oils alongside local acorn-fed Iberian ham, Payoyo cheese, Spanish omelet, and seasonal fruit served under the olive trees.
