We are looking for suitable International hosts / hostesses, for the following positions:

  • One Spanish Host/ess
  • One French Host/ess
  • One German Host/ess
  • Among other duties, successful candidates should be in the position to provide language assistances of his/her Nationals, to make translations, to make announcements, and be part of entertainment team.
    Fluency in English is essential.

    Business Development Manager UK (Home based North United Kingdom) – Develops the sales plan for his/her designated region of responsibility and ensures the accurate, effective, and efficient implementation of all sales business operations in order to support Celestyal’s business growth and profitability; Responsible for maximizing the sales potential within their designated region by cultivating strong relationships with existing customers, driving brand awareness, and identifying new customer prospects. By effectively representing the Celestyal Cruises brand to the travel industry and the public, strive for the successful execution of their sales plan and achievement of their passenger/revenue objectives/goals. At least 5 years of experience in cruise/hospitality/travel/river cruises sales and business development.     Contact Center Agents (Home based Canada or USA West Coast and East Coast time zones) – Quote, book and service both B2C and B2B channels through multi-communication platforms such as inbound/outbound telephone calls, email, webchat and call-back. Providing high quality and knowledgeable information on products and services offered to customers located in multiple geographical locations whilst proactively seeking out selling or upselling opportunities to achieve growth and company revenue goals. Ongoing management of all cruise bookings. Previous Call Center experience working as an agent would be preferred.     Legal Officer (Based in Nicosia, Cyprus) – Provide legal advice to the Company on all projects/business plans of the Company. Responsible for the review and drafting of agreements and policies (including marketing, agency related). Responsible for keeping up to date all corporate files. Keeping abreast with legislative changes and monitoring ongoing cases. Carries out legal research and provides legal opinions/advice to the departments and companies of the group on legal issues, such as employment matters, contractual rights and obligations, corporate law issues and interpretation of statutes. 1-2 years of experience.     Travel Administrator (Based in Piraeus, Athens) – Creates/Co-ordinates transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours, and activities/Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather, and activities/Attends travel seminars and conferences.     Group Desk Agent (Based in Piraeus, Athens) – Handles escalations related to policies, pricing, inventory and software/Maximizes revenues by controlling the sale of group reservations/Evaluates group request based on reservations holding, forecast demand and expected revenue, makes recommendations. At least 2 years of experience in a Contact Centre role, Travel and Tourism preferred/Fluent Greek and English, oral and written skills.
