CELESTYAL GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
· Promoter: This Giveaway is organized by the Cyprus company Celestyal Cruises Centre Limited of 11 Limassol Avenue, 2112 Nicosia, Cyprus.
· Who may enter: The Giveaway is open to United Kingdom (UK) residents only, aged 18 years and over.
· How to enter: To take part in the Giveaway, participants need to fill in an entry form including one questions about Celestyal Cruises and submit their details (i.e., first name, last name, email address, mobile number including valid country code). A person whose name is identified on the mode of entry (“Entrant”) must be ordinarily resident in and visiting the Giveaway microsite from United Kingdom. Entries must not be made through agents or third parties or any automated entry software or any other means which allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify in its sole discretion any incomplete entries or entries that do not comply with these terms.
· Giveaway period: The Giveaway runs from 00:00 (UK BST) on the 15th of August 2025 (the opening date) until 23:59 (UK BST) 14th of September 2025 (the closing date). Any entries received outside of these dates and times will not be entered into the Giveaway draw.
· Selection of the Gift recipient: One (1) Gift recipient will be chosen at random from all eligible, correct, complete and properly submitted entries received before the end of the Giveaway closing time. The draw will take place electronically shortly after the closing date.
· Notification of the Gift recipient: The Gift recipient will be notified via the e-mail address provided at time of entry within three (3) working days after the Giveaway period has closed. If any e-mails to the Gift recipient are returned as undeliverable or the Gift recipient refuses the Gift within seven (7) days of their notification email being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a further draw.
· Gift: a 7-night cruise “Heavenly Greece, Italy & Croatia” for two (2) people sharing the same cabin (exterior cabin) that includes all meals onboard (breakfast, lunch and dinner) & soft drinks during meals only, entertainment onboard and port taxes, that starts and ends in Piraeus, Greece. Any other expenses not specifically outlined above do not form part of the Gift, including gratuities, flights or other transportation to and from the vessel, travel insurance, onboard expenses such as room service, wi-fi, casino, duty free, beauty & wellness center services, laundry etc. are not included in the Gift. The Gift will be valid for the 25th of October 2025 or 8th of November 2025 departure sailing from Piraeus only. Sailing dates and cabin categories are subject to availability. If for any reason the Gift is not redeemed on the selected dates, then the Gift will be forfeited. To book the cruise, the Gift recipient must contact either the Reservations Allocations Supervisor, Mrs. Maria Manouka at [email protected] or email us at [email protected] / call us at +30 211 1995176. Please be advised that the Gift recipient must provide the Promoter with a minimum of 5 weeks’ notice when selecting their travel dates. The Gift is personal, not transferable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for money or other gifts. The Gift is subject to the Carrier’s Conditions of Carriage, Booking Terms and Conditions and any relevant guidelines/protocols for embarkation. These are available on the Celestyal Cruises’ website. It is advisable for the participants to check all the above as well as all government travel advice before booking and embarking on any travel. It is the responsibility of the participants to ensure that they have, for the duration of their travel, valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations (if required), and other travel documentation as may be required at their own cost. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Gift with a cruise of equal value.
· Personal Data: The Promoter will only collect personal data which is necessary for the administration of the Giveaway and the auditing of the entries, and for no other purpose unless we have your consent, and you have opted-in to receive further marketing communications. Your data concerning your geolocation will be kept for the purpose of ensuring compliance with these terms. The Gift recipient and his/her travel companion give their consent for the use of photos, videos and reels in marketing activities related to the Gift including onboard and ashore activities and for such promotional material to be posted on Celestyal’s social media accounts. All processing activity is governed by the Celestyal’s Privacy Policy (see https://celestyal.com/gb/terms-and-conditions/privacy-policy.).
· Liability: The Promoter including its associated companies, agents or any third party involved in the Giveaway will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) acts, omissions, and occurrences beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to: (a) any postponement or cancellation of the Giveaway, (b) any changes to the Gift or the way in which it can be used, (c) network, computer, hardware, or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt, or processing of your entry, (d) any taxes, fees, charges or other costs which the Gift recipient and/or his/her travel companion may be required to pay at any time in connection with the Gift (except to the extent that the Promoter has expressly and specifically accepted responsibility for the same), and (e) any act, omission, or default of any third-party supplier. If this Giveaway is unable to run as planned due to any cause beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway in whole or in part and/or invalidate any affected entries.
· Governing Law and Jurisdiction: The present Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and enforced and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Nicosia, Cyprus. If any term of the present is held to be, to any extent, illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, such term shall be excluded to the extent of such illegality, invalidity, or unenforceability; all other terms hereof shall remain in full force and effect.
