Immerse yourself in the rugged beauty of the Musandam Peninsula and its capital Khasab with a coach and boat tour round some of the region’s most beautiful sights.

Your day will begin with a coach trip around Khasab and its surrounding areas to whet your appetite for the sights to come. Our first scheduled stop will be the picturesque Khasab Fort, built in the 17th century by the Portuguese. The structure you see today is the result of extensive restoration work, but inside its low crenellated walls you’ll see a large central tower that is thought to pre-date the fort itself.

Next we’ll head to Khasab city centre and its Grand Mosque, where there’ll be plenty of photo opportunities before boarding the coach to Bukha, about an hour away.
You’ll be treated to some spectacular scenery on the coastal road and various stops along the way to add to your holiday album.
Overlooking the Arabian Gulf, Bukha’s impressive fort is beautifully preserved and well worth a look, as is the imposing watchtower perched in the mountains above.

From Bukha, we’ll drive to Khasab Port and swap the open road for tranquil waters. Your traditional Arabian dhow will take you along Khasab’s scenic coastline then
anchor for a spot of lunch on board, and snorkelling for those who want to explore the world underwater. After which, it’s back to the Marina with wonderful, newly
forged memories.
