Iconic Aegean Summer - 3 Nights

Your Greek adventure begins in Heraklion – the land of history, hilltop fortresses and half-man myths. Wander through the lush countryside, venture along to the Palace of Knossos or just watch the world float by at the waterfront. As we set sail, and watch the white-washed buildings disappear on the horizon, we’re excited for what’s to come…  

The romantic charm of Santorini is one of the most celebrated Greek islands in the Aegean. Here you will have the opportunity to explore the magical villages of Fira and Oia and photograph the whitewashed houses and blue-blue-domed churches perched on caldera cliffs. With extraordinary from an elevated position, this idyllic island is the perfect location to watch the sunset.

Greece’s vibrant capital is one city you’ll never forget. While we’re here, explore everything from the iconic Acropolis, to the Plaka, to the towering Mount Lycabettus. Considering this has been a hive of activity for more than 3000 years, it’s not surprising there’s so much to see and do.  

The magical sun-kissed island of Mykonos invites you to admire its stunning coastline, soft sandy beaches, and rugged rocky landscape. Affectionately known as the ‘Island of the Winds’, Mykonos is home to the 16th-Century windmills that have become iconic landmarks on postcards. The energetic Greek island is well known for its beauty, diverse range of bars, cafes and restaurants and a vibrant atmosphere.

We arrive in the stunning coastal town of Kusadasi in the morning where you will disembark to join your expert guide for the complimentary excursion to the iconic Hellenistic ruins of Ephesus, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. Upon returning, you’ll have just enough time to browse the port side bazaar.

In the afternoon, we head to the volcanic island of Patmos with its enchanting lace-like coastline and dramatic sheer cliffs. Patmos is where John the Baptist is thought to have penned the Book of Revelation and you have the opportunity to visit the “Cave of the Apocalypse” and monastery or indulge in a traditional feast.

We arrive back in Heraklion with a heavy heart, but a mind full of incredible memories. Before we wave goodbye, there are still a few more hours to get stuck into this fascinating island’s sights. Snap a picture of the Byzantine buildings and take a dip in the Aegean before it’s time to get back to reality.
