Multilingual onboard services

We offer German/French/Spanish speaking assistance at reception. Consultation hours can be arranged.

Our German/French/Spanish speaking hosts & hostesses are on hand in different areas of the ship to give assistance in your language.

The daily program is available in your language and gives an overview of embarkation/ disembarkation times, meal times and activities and entertainment for the respective day.

Menus are also available in your language. Our international restaurant staff speak many languages to ensure proper service to all our guests.

Information on destinations and several shore excursions in your language (minimum number of participants: 30; if there are less than 30 German/French/Spanish-speaking guests, the excursion will be in English).
