Rhodes by Night…

Our day in Rhodes has been packed with smiles, sun and plenty of sightseeing. Here’s what we’ve been up to today! Our guests have had their pick of the island today. For guests who like choice, Rhodes has been a dream come true – two years in the making for us. Some headed off on a kayaking adventure, scouting out secret coves and caves that can’t be reached on foot. Others journeyed to the Valley of the Butterflies, or Petaloudes. We can’t wait to return later in the summer to see it bursting into life with a rainbow of baby butterflies.

Travel back in time on RhodesRhodes’ colourful history hasn’t damaged its beauty. Even though an ancient wonder of the world has been swallowed up by nature, centuries of conflicts and culture make this island an irresistible melting pot all the same.

Trekking up the hills gave our guests a double hit of relics and INCREDIBLE views right out across the Aegean, or to Turkey’s Marmaris coastline. It was certainly worth a bit of puffing and panting. But even those who chose to take it easy got snap happy. The sun-bleached Saint Nicholas Fortress and iconic Liberty Gate were waiting as soon as they stepped on dry land.

As the sun sets, we’re getting ready to hit Rhodes Old Town for a night we’ll never forget.
